The EA fee is £19.00 for those members that choose SCVAC as their
first claim club.
Membership runs from 1st Jan to 31st
Dec. If you are a new member joining after the 1st October you
will be given
three months grace and your membership will last effectively
for 15 months on joining, if joining in November 14 months etc.

How to join or renew your membership to Southern Counties Vets AC

select “OpenTrack Member/Guest Access” to go to BMAF OpenTrack to complete the full
membership application process online.
You can pay the subscription by Debit or Credit Card using the Stripe
payment system
and the details will not be stored anywhere after payment verification
If you are already registered on BMAF OpenTrack, you can also join SCVAC
without re-registering.
Subscription Rates:
The Committee has decided to keep the membership at the lower rate for 2024,
so the following rates apply:

Full First Claim Annual Membership, including the £19.00 levy for England
Athletics, is £29.00

If you are Second Claim to SCVAC it's only £10.00
Before you are confirmed as an SCVAC member, you will need to send a copy of
your passport or birth certificate, as proof of
date of birth and nationality, to the New Membership Secretary by post or a
scanned copy by email to villythompson18@gmail.com.

House, Boyfield Street, London SE1 0SB
You will not be able to compete in SCVAC or BMAF events until this is done
