The BMAF Cross
Country Inter-Area Championships took place in Corwen North Wales
last Saturday 16th March where 13 intrepid SCVAC members made
the long journey to compete. Against some very strong opposition they
all performed really well especially John Exley, first M75, Caroline
Wood, 2nd W60 and Andrew Catton, 3rd M70.
Alun Rodgers, John Exley, Sebastien
Garrigues, Anthony Bennett, Mark Pitcairn-Knowles and Philip Coleman
also combined to place SCVAC 4th in the team event.

Multi-terrain Champs - within the Ted Pepper Memorial 10k, Norman Park, 6
May 2024
Ted Pepper Multi Terrain 10K
Norman Park Athletics Track, Hayes Lane, Bromley, BR2 9EF.
Monday 6th May 2024, Time 09.30.
We return to the same venue for this year's Multi Terrain Championship with
the race taking place within Norman Park with the course including tarmac,
grass, and trails and a start on the Athletics Track.
The recently refurbished clubhouse with refreshments, showers and changing
facilities is available for all runners.
